Halter Ranch Club Terms of Agreement:

  • By submitting this application, I certify that I am, or the recipient of this gift is at least 21 years of age.
  • I agree that I will receive my Halter Ranch Club shipments in accordance with the schedule of the clubs that I have joined.
  • I hereby authorize Halter Ranch to charge my credit card prior to each shipment of wine.
  • I agree to take a minimum of two shipments prior to withdrawing from my Halter Ranch Club membership.
  • I am aware that the government requires wine shipments to be signed for at the time of delivery by an adult over the age of 21.
  • Silver Label and Ancestor Club members must be in good standing in the Halter Ranch Club and agree to receive one Silver Label and/or Ancestor shipment per year in order to maintain membership status.
