Our Culinary Program thrives through our hyperlocal approach to every menu. Join us for a very special luncheon at Le Jardin du Chef, our culinary garden. Chef Paul Arangorin has created an inspired menu that highlights the harvest of Halter Ranch. Learn more about the processes of Le Jardin du Chef from our Culinary Gardener, Haley Trengrove. The stars of this 3-course wine-paired menu will include produce from our culinary garden, highlighted by Halter Ranch made honey from our bee boxes and Halter Ranch Olive Oil from our olive groves.
