About This Class:

Whether you’re a veteran in your home kitchen cooking for your friends and family or have always wanted to cook but hesitate to do so, this class will teach you the basics of organization before any cooking takes place.


This course will then teach you how to prepare and execute your menu by utilizing the basic cooking techniques used in professional kitchens all around the world. We will then taste those techniques over lunch that our chefs prepared. Once you complete the course, you can better prepare yourself for your next dinner party or next meal for friends and family.

Reservations must be paid for at the time of booking, cancellations within two weeks of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Reservations canceled before the two week period will be fully refunded.
