Let our winemakers guide you through the powerful effect barrels have on the maturation of wine. Oak has been used in winemaking for generations. Taste and learn about the differences between American, French and Hungarian oak and how they each individually affect the wine. Toast levels, maturation time and longevity will all be topics during this extensive seminar.
