2024 Texas Sparkling Rosé

The 2024 Texas Sparkling Rosé has aromas of raspberry, cherry and pomegranate. The entry is crisp, fresh and vibrant with subtle red fruits, lemon, and crushed pineapple. The finish is bright, clean and refreshing.

Pair with summer salads, charcuterie, ceviche and sunny afternoons.
Aging Recommendation:
Drink now through 2032.

Fermentation:
The grapes were whole cluster pressed and racked clean to stainless steel tanks. Fermentation temperatures were 52-58 degrees Fahrenheit to help maintain aromas and flavors. After fermentation the wine was racked clean. Malo-lactic fermentation was prevented to maintain acidity.
Aging:
Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
