Tasting Notes:
Halter Ranch’s Texas Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blueberry, blackberry, cassis and a touch of caramel. The entry is soft, rich and brimming with raspberry, boysenberry, and plum. The mid palate is balanced and segues into a finish layered with flavors of pie crust and soft tannins .
Pairing Suggestions:
Pair with BBQ, roasted meats, reduction sauces and Filet Mignon.
Aging Recommendation:
Drink now through 2045.
