The 2020 Estate Syrah showcases aromas of blackberry, chocolate, allspice, and a hint of caramel. The entry is soft, rich, supple, layered with flavors of blueberry, raspberry, and baking spices. The mid-palate is generous and lush, segueing into a finish low in tannin structure and perfect for pairing with food.

Harvest Dates: Syrah - Block 74: 9/28/20
Grenache - Block 66: 9/14/20
Fermentation: Destemmed and fermented in closed top fermentors, with delestage daily for the first few days of fermentation followed by open pump-overs two to three times daily for an average of 12 days.
Aging: Aged 16 months in 59-gallon French oak barrels, 40% of which were new oak.
